Yuva gets grant from Global Greengrants

Jamshedpur: In what has come as a major achievement and a pleasant news for Yuva members, the esteemed US-based international organization the Global Greengrants Fund, on the recommendation of the Earth Island Institute, has decided to give Yuva Jamshedpur a substantial grant.

In a communication to Yuva, Teresa Odendahl, CEO, Global Greengrants and Peter Kostishack, director of programs, have said that this grant is for the charitable activities of Youth Unity for Voluntary Action.

This grant is to be used exclusively for non-profit and non-violent activities conducted outside of the United States.

Yuva has been asked to provide the Global Greengrants Fund with a final narrative report that describes how these funds were used, and the progress or outcome of the projects. The report can be submitted any time after our project is complete, but it has to be submitted no later than one year after the date of the grant of fund.
